§ 1971. Contributions of meals and refreshments during Capitol Police emergency duty
At any time on or after the date of the enactment of this Act [enacted Nov. 12, 2001], the United States Capitol Police may accept contributions of meals and refreshments in support of activities of the United States Capitol Police during a period of emergency (as determined by the Capitol Police Board).
